Our "Back to School" August 28, 2023 newsletter reminds individuals of 2 of the ways to complete MHRT/C domain requirements and a reminder about the 6hrs of "live" training required for MHRT/C continuing education.

MAINE'S MENTAL HEALTH
SYSTEM 101: AN INTRODUCTION

This one-hour online course is required for MHRT/C certification for Pathways B & C. It provides an introduction to Maine’s behavioral health system and history, as well as the values, qualities, and expectations. Be sure to save your certificate to submit with your application. On the training website, it is on the left side.

SAMHSA Website

The US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) regularly offers continuing education trainings on a variety of topics.

Healthcare Training for ME

This website provides resources for training including funding to cover the cost of training including MHRT I trainings and MHRT/C non-academic training.
