Update to the Provisional MHRT/C (Pathway C) Process

Effective May 1, 2025, the Office of Behavioral Health at DHHS has extended the time frame for completing the Priority Domains for Provisional MHRT/C certificate holders. The required completion period has been changed from 90 days to six months.

Individuals enrolled in a Pathway A program remain exempt from this six-month requirement.

Please note that extensions beyond the six-month deadline will only be granted under extenuating circumstances, in accordance with the current extension process outlined in Section VII of the MHRT/C Guidelines.

The Center for Learning will be reaching out to current Provisional MHRT/C certificate holders in the coming days to inform them of this change and provide their updated deadline (six months from their original effective date). Updates to the MHRT/C Guidelines and the Center for Learning website will be published shortly to reflect this change.
